CORPORATE PILATES

Pilates is great for desk-bound staff who are at their workstation all day or those on their feet for long periods as it teaches awareness of breathing and spinal alignment while developing the body’s core muscles. 

Sessions are typically one hour long and a group size of up to fifteen is recommended to ensure appropriate individual attention.

2020 Term 1 classes will run Monday 3 February till Wednesday 8 March  (10 weeks)

A 20% discount applies for clients who wish to book two classes a week for the term.

DYNAMIC MATWORK

Monday @ 7 pm

My dynamic progressive mat work classes are the link between beginner and intermediate.  The class involves both beginner and more advanced exercises and we build up to some more progressive repertoire depending on the group to mix things up

POWER MATWORK

Wednesday @ 7pm
My power matwork class is going to empower you through movement and build your strength.  The class involves both beginner and more progressive exercises and we might build up to some intermediate repertoire depending on the group.

ABOUT ME

Having been inspired by an amazing Pilates instructor and mentor Catherine Parker at Inline Pilates, i decided to take the plunge and study Pilates Matwork in 2016 to become an instructor. I graduated that course in 2017 and began studying the Diploma  Program with National Pilates Training.  Now a fully qualified studio and mat instructor i am excited to share my passion for Pilates and help others see and feel the positive benefits of the method on their own body.
